You can place a custom order by contacting us via WhatsApp (+44 7427 473924), email, or our Contact page. Share your fabric preference, style reference images, and measurements. We'll send a quote within 24 hours.
What are your delivery timeframes?+
Standard ready-to-wear orders take 3–7 business days for Lagos/Abuja delivery and 7–14 days internationally. Bespoke orders take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! We offer free shipping on all Nigerian orders over ₦200,000. International shipping rates vary by destination.
How do I know my size?+
Each product page lists available sizes. For bespoke orders, we require exact measurements (chest, waist, hips, inseam, shoulder width). You can send these via WhatsApp.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged within 7 days if unworn and with original tags. Bespoke/custom orders are non-refundable but we offer one free alteration within 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfer (Zenith Bank), Paystack (card payments), and mobile money. Payment details are provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes! We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and other countries. International orders over £150/\$200 qualify for discounted shipping.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Can I get a bulk/group order for events?+
